I opened the unit and no signs of burning at all on any of the 4 PA 
boards or the driver. I did follow your thread about the unit and get 
the idea they're not that economical to repair if needed.

  I haven't fired it up yet but everything looks ok at least. 
Assuming it's working properly as is, I'm thinking about pulling 2 of 
the boards, didling the hybrid xfmrs a bit and keeping the unused 
boards as spares (they all have the wire in the collector connection 
to help with the heat expansion issue). I'm thinking 250 watts is 
perhaps 3 dB too many so running it @ 125 (and only needing one 
supply) would give me a spare there too.

Anyway, I'll contact you offlist about the manual possibility.
