Hello Bob, Well..I know you would know what a good machine should sound like. You have worked a few I know! Steve, W4YHD had done some audio tailoring within the unit but just what I could not say. But I know it has been on the air with nary a glitch for a quarter century or more. In fact I would say that his repeater has been the most reliable machine in our club all the years I lived up there. And it is still going strong. - Mike

In fact, I can usually tell if a repeater is a Kendecom by the characteristically poor repeat audio.
