I'm guessing that the "AC" stands for "Area Coverage" but I'd like to know what the "P" "R" and "T" mean.

OH Turnpike solved the 'radio not in the charger' problem by wiring the switch to the dome light switch, I think through some sort of flip-flop. When the officer stepped out of the vehicle, it went into repeat. Close the door. Get back in vehicle again, it goes out of repeat. I think there was more to it, too. I know there was also a manual switch on the console...
