Hi Marcus, These come in all shapes and sizes, D band cavities are particularly hard to obtain at the best of times. Quite often cavities are not needed, especially if the Duplexer is a bandpass item. these are usually added on a "per site" basis. It's good housekeeping to have a bandpass filter system, generally as the Tait duplexers are notch devices only.
