I'll chime in,
Paypal inadvertently sent a transaction twice withen 4 seconds of each other. After holding for 30 minutes the asian lady on the phone said there was nothing she could do as the transaction already went through and I'd have to contact the seller and ask to refund one of the transactions, which is funny as both were for the same amount and no I did not hit the send button twice.
