I just ordered a couple of their controllers last week after speaking with Al on the phone.... I had emailed him and requested he give me a callback (which he did that evening). The number he called me from was 503-345-4732, the number that was listed on the site was wrong as they were moving their website to another host...etc.
Seemed like a likable enough fella... I'd never used any of his products before... Hope this helps....
