Al is a nice guy and he stands by his product. I had a weird problem with a Mastr II vhf repeater of mine that had his controller in it. For some reason it stayed in tx all the time. It would not time out. It would repeat rx audio fine. I contacted Al about this and he knew of no problems with his card doing this. He told me if it turned out to be his card to send it in and he would fix at no charge. Turns out it wasn't his card. I am not sure what is the problem to this day. I removed one of the diodes on the 10v card in one of the ptt lines that wasn't needed and the problem went away. I have not had time to trouble shoot the problem, but no real need to now. 73

You can do this if you havent been given any valid tracking number on your item. This should get someone's attention on the other end. If after 30 days (i think) paypal will credit you your expense. its called seller protection. Paypal has a toll free number that works from Canada, so give them a call for details.
