Documents and Licenses on the FCC Database probably need 
to be "associated" with your "FRN" Number. If you don't have 
one it's a simple mater to create one (unless you have back 
taxes or child support due somewhere). 

3rd, 2nd and 1st Radiotelephone Licenses should all be superseded 
and replace by the General "GROL". 

You might have to look up your GROL, Ham Radio and business radio 
service (or what ever you have) licenses and associate them with 
your ID/Account.  Then the whole world can look up your life story 
much easier.
