since those radiosĀ wander from store to store having the frequency programmed in as a convenience for the store personnel, I would not, find out of the ordinary or particularly in violation of the FC CĀ rules. And that I would think is a legitimate defense for them. But not being a Lawyer practicing bvefore the FCC might disqualify my opinion. Practicality has no place in the FCC rules...obviously... and never has. mdm
