You will need to utilise the OPC-617 interface leads. With these you can 
configure the radios as a "Basic Repeater". 

Just a simple process of bringing out the DB9 sockets from the OPC-617 to a 
common mating block with a trimmer pot between the audio out and mic in ports 
for setting up line levels and tying the "Busy Out" to the "TX" line. 

Just bear in mind that you are dealing with mobiles that exhibit little 
selectivity and a very low TX duty cycle, so not the best choice to deploy in 
RF dense locations and if you are planning to utilise the repeater in a high 
duty cycle situation.
