This repeater was used with a Pacific Research controller before that has a squelch circuit built in. It did not come with a squelch card. I don't know where to look for the problem... The squelch control on the squelch gate card did not close the squelch. I cannot find any way to close the squelch. If I pull the squelch gate card out it quiets the squelch.
