Except that as Corwin pointed out the other day, it hasn't been posted to the Federal Register yet, so the comment period won't BEGIN until that happens, and then there is 30 days after that. However, putting comments together NOW and sending them in is good-but if you were thinking that you don't have time, well, there's at least 30 days, yet, and actually more...
