Doug Hall Electronics makes the 4RV voter. I have never dealt with one myself,
but I know of some other repeater owner that have and have said goog things
about them. About 8 years ago, I built and maintained an amateur repeater that
had a LDG RVS-8 voter. It worked prettu good and if I remember, it has an
adjustable delay. Hope this helps.
