When logged in to my account on gluck, reportbug reported it
was `Unable to connect to BTS' in order to query for the existing
reports. I was able to run lynx bugs.debian.org. I had no such
problem when I tried from my local machine at the same time.
I can't tell if this is due to a bug with reportbug or something
that is connected to the settings of gluck.
