Thanks for your report but... i don't think I'm going to apply this. Personally (and several other people) I think that having explicitly written "no deps here" is much better than nothing.. at least in my experience this way I found several reports where deps information were removed due to "privacy issues". Either you'll be really good at convincing me :) or I'm sorry but I'm going to reject this.
