[reportmagic-help] Bug? Missing bullet.gif image?

Running a frameless version of a report, and converting it to PDF, I noticed
that 

Bullet_Image = ../images/bullet.gif

is in the ini file. Is this just a sample to show that it can be done? Or is
there supposed to be a set of navigate images somewhere?
