pypi is the default index, unless you override with another index.

In my experience it's best, if you are building real apps that use pypi packages, not to override the index. Just add additional find- links. But I may have missed something here, and welcome further comments.

imho it's not possible to declare PyPI in find-links, but necessarily in index.
