Subject: Debian reproducibility of some aspell dictionary packages
User-Agent: Mutt/1.5.23 (2014-03-12)

Hi,

Just to let you know some info that may be useful to track some non
reproducibilities in packages creating aspell dictionaries with
non-reproducible .cwl files. Do not know if there is a list about this, feel
free to share the info there if you consider it convenient.

After your recent bug reports against some of my packages related to FTBFS
because of locale problems,

 #789098: br.ispell
 #789099: eo-spell

and the one not yet filed for espa-nol, I noticed that other of my aspell
dictionary packages were tagged as non reproducible because of differences
in the cwl file, although not showing FTBFS.

ispell-fo
ispell-gl
myspell-pt-br
myspell.pt
softcatala-spell
xuxen-eu-spell

I uploaded new packages containing the same change as for those showing
FTBFS, in debian/rules,

# Make sure build is always done in a reproducible and working
# language environment
LC_ALL = C
export LC_ALL

and they seem to be reproducible now, seems that prezip is locale dependent.

Regards,
