The second setup should be no problem. (The use of two different message languages quite devalues the diff, though.) The reason for my post is/was that i cannot spot any error message in the log part where my package got build. (Even if i break out my school french and add a swiss accent.) I understand from the answer by Chris Lamb that the failure was not due to the package content.
