Participate in design, code walkthroughs, and approvals. Partner with DBAs to develop Oracle databases (experience with data modeling, schema creation and PERL DBI required). Partner with web application developer to construct web-based application using combination of UNIX Shell scripts, PERL and other tools. Knowledge of PERL CGI, Javascript or other web development skills highly desirable). Knowledge of web-based reporting tools (e.g. - Web Focus, Microstrategy) and ETL tools (Datastage) are also highly desired. Must have experience creating test plans and test scripts as well as supervising testing efforts.
