Intraday Force Managers are expected to contribute value to the Command Center team which is held accountable for meeting daily service levels across all client SouthEast technical support queues 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. This position is responsible for the achievement of customer support Service Levels by shifting call volumes among multiple vendor call centers to ensure optimal performance. The role requires continuous interaction with Internal centers, Vendors, Vendor Management and Leadership to ensure the call center vendors attain and exceed contractual Service Levels. An Intraday Force Manager should demonstrate proficiency in all areas of service level management. ***Please indicate on your submittals which shift your candidates are interested in.
