Position Summary : 
As part of the HR Functional transformation, the Shared Services organization 
is building new HR Service Center capability which will expand the Service 
Delivery model to respond to HR-related inquiries from managers, employees and 
HR Business partners. It will consist of back office processing, a contact 
center, and processing specialists.   This position will be responsible for the 
support of all the supporting technologies such as CRM, Imaging, Knowledge 
Management and other technologies such as telephony and IVR. Service Centers 
will be established globally and may be a mix of in-sourced and out-sourced 


Job Description:
Perform a role in analyzing, defining, designing, documenting and testing 
detailed business requirements, and managing small to medium sized projects.


 Analyze business requirements and develop detailed systems requirements; 
clearly stating the project scope; current process and proposed solutions with 
appropriate recommendations. 


 Act as liaison between business units and Technical Team in all areas of 
support and enhancements. 


 Interact daily with business units and business owners to understand business 
processes and key requirements.


 Gather, create and document current and future business process flows. 
Identify current data gaps, create/redesign business intelligence processes and 
drive change to systematize ongoing reporting. 


 Create clear, concise and complete functional specifications & requirements 
documents. Review and approve system design strategy and provide feedback to 
Technical Team.


 Follows established standards; procedures and methodologies for problem 
analysis, concept evaluation, systems design, application development; 
modification, testing and evaluation to ensure quality and consistency.


 Capability to ascertain how Siebel works with other products and solutions in 
an AIX environment


 Have a good understanding of Siebel configuration, Siebel EAI / EIM, Siebel 
architecture including Gateway Server, Enterprise Server, Siebel Server, Web 
Server and Database Server, performance testing, integration, conversion, 


 Ability to make decisions on solution/application/deployment architecture of 
CRM projects by conducting workshops, drive decisions


 Excellent verbal and written communications


 Customer interaction capability


 Drive architecture decisions with client and able to see how technology fits 
into business needs


 Experience in performance/scalability analysis of Siebel solutions


 Worked in at least seven full implementations of Siebel


 Work with customers, Implementation Partners and Oracle to ensure proper 
design and implementation of Siebel products for application stability, 
maintainability and performance


Basic Qualifications


 BS in Computer Science and 8-10 years of experience.
 Knowledge of HTML and web architecture (i.e., intranet/internet development). 
 Experience with relational database concepts (Oracle, SQL Server). 
 Experience with Siebel 8.x, Siebel Tools and Siebel System Administration

 Self-starter with ability to organize work for others. 
 Ability and willingness to work well under pressure and work on multiple tasks 
 Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent customer 
facing skills. 
 Ability to conduct user interviews, analyzes business needs, and proposes 
system solutions.
 Knowledge of Documentum, FileNet, or Siebel Certification is a plus
