Location: St. Paul, MN
Duration: 12 + months
Rate: $40-45/hour
We had a Mainframe/Sceptre programmer who was supposed to start for this role
at St. Paul, MN but has now taken another position. Please let me know if you
have anyone.
Must have Sceptre experience.
Rate: $40-42/hour

Short Description:
Skilled Sceptre programmer/designer required for Technical Records subproject
of approved Tech Ops Integration project Project will be 12 + months
Complete Description:
Reviews, analyzes, and modifies programming systems including encoding,
testing, debugging and installing for a large-scale mainframe computer system.
Maintains and develops on-line and batch application programs. Develops and
implements a disaster recovery plan. Works with project members to develop
specifications, diagrams and flowcharts. May require a bachelor's degree in a
related area and 10+ years of experience in the field or in a related area.
Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a
variety of complicated tasks. May lead and direct the work of others. Typically
reports to a project leader or manager. A wide degree of creativity and
latitude is expected.
Behavior Characteristics:
Former experience with NWA/Sceptre desired.
