Position: Tivoli Access Manager

Location: McLean, VA

Duration: 6+ Month Contract


Requesting 1 CWs to support the expedited delivery of: 
- Temporary capacity build for the TAM 5.2 platform in support of HAR; includes 
the build and configuration of new Webseal and ITDS (LDAP) servers. 
- Expedited delivery of the TAM 6.1 ahead of the 09/09 scheduled date. TAM 6.1 
software and assigned hardware allows better performance over TAM 5.2; Includes 
the build and configuration of Webseal, ITDS and Policy Servers (12) and 
migration support for Tier 1 platforms (e.g. PE, LP, Multifamily). 
The requested CW will assist 1 FTE assigned to these tasks already to in an 
effort to reduce delivery time. In addition, it will backfill the same FTE that 
is committed to support Solaris 10 upgrade on TAM 5.2 (including upgrade to the 
same patch level); CW is expected to work off-hours during weekdays and 
weekends based on TAM maintenance windows (i.e. production work can be done 
only during 2am and 5:15 am). 

Install and configure TAM 6.1 environment including Policy Server, ITDS 6.1 and 
Requested CWs will assist in adding capacity to the current TAM 5.2 
Installation and configuration of TAM 5.2 patches. 
Migration of LDAP data from 5.2 and 6.1 
Migration of over 20 Webseal domains and 1000+ junctions from TAM 5.2 to TAM 
Create standard operating procedure and other installation documentation. 
24 * 7 on call support on a monthly rotation basis. 
Support service calls from customers.
Support testing efforts during the migration. 

Servers (15) with TAM 6.1 built. 
Servers (4) with TAM 5.2 built. 
All current domains and junctions migrated over to TAM 6.1 
All LDAP users, groups and ACL migrated over to TAM 6.1 

skill: Mid-level (3-7 yrs) 
Three-to-Seven years experience in Information Technology, preferably change 
and configuration management discipline. Previous experience as a CM specialist 
role in defining, configuring, and building CM environments supporting various 
technologies and lifecycle methodologies including years of 
iterative/concurrent development efforts; experience in Change Management tools 
like ClearCase, ClearQuest, Remedy is a must. 

CW will perform CM function. CW should have necessary skills to provide change 
management support. CW will be expected to quickly learn change management 
process, tools and automation, and start providing support with minimum ramp up 
time for multiple different applications.
