The team is responsible for* architecture and development across 3 areas*:* Billing, Collections and Cash Management.* *ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES*: *Solutions architecture, design and development across multiple technologies including .Net, Flex, Cold Fusion, and Oracle backend.* Work as technical lead on multiple projects, building the overall architecture and design specs, then guiding development resources through build and rollout Work with Product Management and BAs to understand the business requirements and document technical architecture, design, and functional specifications Code review, design review, mentoring other technical resources *Work with QA/SCM team for builds, releases, test case design and defect resolution* Work with Project Manager for planning, estimation, documentation and status reporting Any other tasks necessary for completion of project deliverables *Qualifications* *Bachelors degree in Computer Science* Broad experience preferred across technologies including* .Net, Java, Cold Fusion, Flex, IIS, and Oracle or similar DBDMS* *Minimum of 10 years experience* in the design and development of* web based solutions* in an enterprise IT environment **** Minimum 3 years experience as tech lead/team lead or architect* *Highly skilled in solution architecture and design, SOA, OOAD, design patterns, and development frameworks* Experience with web application performance tuning and scalability Experience with different* software development life-cycles such as Agile and SCRUM.* *Billing, Collections and Cash Management systems experience is highly desired.* *Healthcare industry experience.* *ESSENTIAL BEHAVIORS, SKILLS AND ATTITUDES REQUIRED FOR SUCCESS IN THIS POSITION:* Ability to handle multiple projects/priorities and manage within deadlines Strong written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to communicate technical issues clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences Passion for learning technologies and best practices and working with development teams to adopt/apply them in scalable, enterprise-class solutions Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills Ability to work independently and within a team environment and to foster a positive work environment Well developed time management, planning and organizational skills Passion for mentoring developers to build their knowledge base and skills *Thanks & Regards* *Gopal* *MetaSense Inc* *NJ Minority Certified Company* 100 Technology Way, Suite 320 Mt.
