Specific goals and objectives as they pertain to this position are as follows: ? Complete project deliverables, including requirements documentation, functional design documentation, test plans and labs, configuration documentation, training material and project release notes ? Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Oracle Applications R12 eBusiness Tax module ? Conduct analysis and validate modifications to assigned application (s) in accordance with project priorities This person will utilize training, coaching and mentoring skills to communicate functional issues and solutions to project management and foster and maintain good relationships with both internal customers and IT colleagues to meet expected customers service levels.
