Job Description & Required skills:
a.. - Responsible for requirements analysis, design, and development of
various sized .NET Framework-based projects. Work to be assigned as needed.
b.. Required Knowledge, Skills, Education, Experience, and Competencies:
· 6+ years of full life-cycle and iterative development
· 3+ years experience developing with C# and the .Net Framework
· 3+ years object-oriented analysis and design using UML
· Thorough knowledge of .NET Windows Forms, ASP.NET-based Web Services
and ADO.NET
· Experience building ASP.NET Web Applications
· Well versed in RDBMS technology: Oracle 9i, SQL Server
· Excellent oral and written communications skills
· Very strong organizational, task management, and prioritization skills
· Ability to display strong sense of urgency
· Ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast paced, dynamic
environment
· Ability to work well with peers and all levels of management
· Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
· Proficiency with basic UNIX commands
a.. Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Education, Experience, and Competencies:
· 3+ years of development using Java, JSP, EJB, Servlets, HTML,
Javascript, XML
· Experience with BEA Weblogic products
· Experience with Agile methodologies, refactoring, test-first
programming
· Experience developing call center applications
· Experience with SourceSafe, CVS, Ant
· Experience with CTI protocol level programming
· Experience with Cisco ICM/CTI server
· Experience with Mosaix outbound dialer
· Knowledge of IP Telephony and voice technologies (IVR, TTS, speech
recognition)
· Experience in the banking industry
· Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Engineering
