The Client’s team is looking for a strong performance testing engineer who has a background in multi-tier/multi-protocol distributed internet services and has applied their knowledge and experience to tuning high performing, scalable, and extensible systems. You will be collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams to define and implement the test harnesses for the next version of Client. Qualifications: o Expert in Perl and shell scripting (module development, IPC) o Experience in creating performance, load, and stress test harnesses o Understand common web services protocols (HTTP/S, REST) o Excellent analytical, data reporting, and synthesis skills o Good understanding of capacity planning, concurrent/simultaneous users, system profiling, response times, and throughput levels o Experience working directly with systems architects and developers o Experience with Java, jMeter, databases, and unix systems preferred o Excellent written and verbal communication skills o BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "REQSRESUMES" group.
