DFA is seeking a Senior Level HR ERP Analyst to perform SAP system
configuration in SAP ECC 6.0 with Industry Solution–Public Sector to resolve
payroll and time management issues, test and document system configuration
and provide knowledge transfer.
The Arkansas Department of Finance and Administration is seeking a senior
level hands-on ERP HR Analyst to ensure system configuration is accomplished
according to specifications in a timely manner. The Analyst will organize
and prepare work effectively to review, analyze and evaluate system
functionality that best meets the State’s business requirements, identify
system process improvement opportunities, and facilitate resolution of
problems. The candidate should have previous experience with SAP HR
implementations and in-depth experience in SAP payroll and time
configuration, particularly with ECC version 6.0 in a public sector
environment. The right person is able to evaluate the Human Resource
environment and implement best practice solutions individually with little
supervision or in a team environment.
The position will be responsible for:
Configuring, implementing and testing SAP Payroll and Time Management
solutions to support client’s HR process requirements.
Providing knowledge transfer to AASIS Service Center Payroll and Time
Providing standard, well-structured planning and time estimates in
completing assigned tasks.
Documenting configuration and testing results.
Preparing functional specifications for additional programming requirements.
Providing assistance with other system support activities.
The candidate must possess the skills to perform the configuration of
existing and new business processes.
The candidate must possess a thorough knowledge of the time schema, time
evaluation process, time configuration (including work schedules, absence
quotas, absence/attendance type codes, etc), CATS (timesheets), and should
have a general understanding of the OM/PA functional areas which is
necessary to troubleshoot time-related issues.
The candidate should possess SAP 4.7 Enterprise Benefits Administration
configuration skills. Candidate should also possess SAP ECC 6.0 experience.
The candidate must possess the skill set to aid in the responses of
day-to-day operational help desk inquiries.
Years of Relevant Experience: 5 plus
Preferred Education: 4 year college degree or equivalent technical study or
