Currently, when a customer calls in, they receive several different prompts and the process is more complicated that it needs to be. They are seeking to simplify the process, make it more efficient, and improve the customer experience. The ideal candidate will have hands on testing experience for the test efforts focused on various business processes and CTI flows within Siebel and Avaya. The success of this role is dependent upon the candidate’s ability to understand and apply the Test process, and align that with the practical needs of the project.
