Strong understanding of OLTP, OLAP and RDBMS development concepts. Strong quantitative and analytic skills. Proficient in MS Excel, Hyperion, Cognos or comparable analytic tools. *Preferred* B.S. in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related Business field. Industry certifications demonstrating proficiency in relevant skills. Experience building KPI based analytic dashboards within Performance Point or comparable analytic tools *This individual will be responsible for : *Developing MS SQL based Business Intelligence reporting systems to provide users easy access to relevant information. Develop stored procedures to collect and extract data for SSRS reports and extracts to the analytics server. Develop effective and aesthetically pleasing SSRS reports to distribute information based on user requests. Develop Excel based dynamic reporting tools using power pivot tables and SSAS cube driven data sources. Develop analytic dashboards in available tools sourced from SSAS cubes. Identify and tune under performing SQL queries. Develop SSIS packages to facilitate data extraction & import from new data sources.
