Onsite: On location at the Client's site 100% of the time. No telecommuting or 
remote work.

Description: Our Client, a global security systems company, is looking for IT 
Senior Systems Administrator.


• Lead, coordinate, and support efforts to resolve issues and optimize 
performance in a multiple platform contact center;
• Complete assigned complex and/or long-term engineering projects within budget 
and schedule guidelines;
• Create detailed design and deployment documentation from technical 
architecture designs for communications systems, networks, hardware, software, 
transmission and signaling systems;
• Assist in evaluation of new products and perform problem resolution and 
assist in the development and documentation of department processes, technical 
standards, and interface applications;
• Monitor protocol compatibility and perform systems tuning and make 
recommendations for improvements;
• Assist in the planning, forecasting, implementation, and identification of 
resource requirements for moderately complex systems, and planning;
• Coordinate, execute, assess, and support programs and applications.


• 3-5 years of Avaya Contact Center experience;
• Experience with TDM and IP PBX systems, ACD, reporting, and other 
telecommunications adjuncts including call recording, IVR, call accounting, and 
call routing;
• Experience with implementing and supporting Avaya Contact Centers including 
Skills Based ACD Routing, CMS ACD reporting, and interoperability with other 
telecommunications systems and adjuncts Working knowledge of telecommunications 
networks, including SIP, VOIP, network connectivity, and call handling;
• Experience with customer service and communication skills with internal and 
external customers;
• Experience with Best Services Routing design and deployment (preferred).
