*Job Description:*

·         Software Engineer - Triage / Production Support Team
Responsibilities includes analyzing and diagnosing product related issues
that arise during day to day operations.

·         Ability to quickly resolve these issues and document them in a
timely manner in order to meet service levels and standards. Interface with
different departments within the organization regarding production issues
and new deployments.

·         Monitor systems for expected performance and be available for
24x7 on-call support. Resolves escalated complex Trouble Tickets within the
established timeframes while providing quality customer service.

·         Proactively monitors and controls all production systems and
networks to maximize systems availability.


·         Responsibilities include maintaining web-application and
business-logic infrastructure using Visual Studio .NET, C#, ASP.net, SQL,
XML, XSLT, n-tier, OOP/OOD Responsible for activities involved in the
analysis, design, development, troubleshooting, debugging and maintenance
of enterprise, high-volume, transactional systems.

·         Diagnose and track problems that affect system performance or
availability Respond to system failures by notifying the Customer,
capturing incident related information and contacting any system or
application engineers required to correct the problem Leads and coordinates
the incident response team Maintains the Customers Incident Database, which
contains information about production systems incidents and hardware
maintenance events Conducts Incident Reviews to assess the causes, impacts,
and corrective action resulting from critical system failures Thrives in a
fast-paced environment, fast learner, sense of urgency Work on all tiers to
support current framework; Code adheres to team and department standards

*Skills Required:*

·         Software development experience of 3+ years in Microsoft
technologies including CSS and Web Services BS degree in Computer Science,
Engineering, or related field preferable or 2 years industry experience
Strong background in web tier and middle tier development with
object-oriented programming

·         Experience with ASP.Net / C#, including experience designing &
implementing application architecture.

·         Prefer experience with Microsoft .NET 1.1 ~ 4.0, WCF, WF, and
ASP.NET MVC technologies.

·         Experience with JavaScript libraries (JQuery) Experience with W3C
standard & browser compatibility best practices Experience with
multithreaded programming and concurrency control Experience with source
control systems, such as CVS, VSS and Dimensions.

·         Good understanding of Database systems including SQL programming
skills Must have strong problem solving skills Solid communication skills
Open and straightforward Completes technical in source documentation and
specifications Effective in the use of e-mail Works effectively within a
group Willing to accept supervision Seeks direction as needed Commanding
knowledge of current industry standards such as Web Services, Object
Oriented Development, Collaborative development techniques as well as
knowledge of Project management discipline within Information Technology
