   Strong MS Excel and MS SharePoint experience

   Experience with ticketing systems (i.e. JIRA) is a plus

   Quick Learner, highly adaptable and energetic

   Self-initiating and Team player

   Some data analysis skills

Able to understand the data, discuss performance trends and make

Financial reporting and metrics, budgets, etc.


*Exporting data from ticketing system and formulating them into operational
reports, such as:*


   Master Project List

   Defect Orphan List

   Delivery Center Project Status

   AIT Dependencies on Engineering Projects – Status Report

   AIT Dependencies on Operations/Apps Support Projects – Status Report

   On Time Delivery Metrics

   Backlog Metrics

   Revenue Metrics

   Make updates to ticketing system based on results of status meetings

   Exporting data from QC application and formulating it into quality
   metric reports, such as:

   Quality Trend Analysis by Client, Application, Delivery Center, System
   Component, Failure Point, Mode of Failure

   Manage Purchase Order process with outside vendors, especially for Voice

   Understand where our money is going and how we tie that back to the
   client, so we get our money back

   Help facilitate resource onboarding process, to include:

   Forms to be completed and system access required (follow-up on various
   Helpdesk items)

   Schedule Design Reviews and publish meeting minutes accordingly

   Work with QA, to help document track Root Cause Analysis efforts and
   measure Cost of Quality

   SVN administration for new applications

   SharePoint site administration
