We need strong proactive independent individuals *Responsibilities/Expected Deliverables/Required:* · Ongoing day-to-day support, troubleshooting and maintenance using IBM proven practices. · Documentation of support procedures, troubleshooting and maintenance · Provide capacity/growth/trending reports · Informal and immediate training for Cognos Administration · Day to day advanced knowledge transfer to support Cognos infrastructure - Assistance with PMR tracking and working with support.
