Jr. SQL DBA 6 months Tampa Rate:$36/hr…..MAX Required skills : 3+ years client server experience with emphasis on SQL programming 4+ years Microsoft SQL Server 2005/2008 DBA experience. Experience supporting multiple production and development servers Good Transact SQL skills - ability to write and tune complicated stored procedures and views utilizing inner and outer joins, etc. Experience with large databases (> 500GB) Worked in a shop with a minimum of 3 DBAs and a ratio of at least 300 production databases per DBA. Experience supporting SQL Server 2005/2008 replication Performance tuning Experience recovering databases after hardware or other catastrophic failures Good customer service, interpersonal and communication skills Willingness to work late nights and weekends as required (45+ hours) May be required to carry an on-call phone.
