This statement of work is for PeopleSoft technical, functional and
administrative staff augmentation. Any contracted staff must be proficient
in PeopleSoft Test Framework (PTF). Financials, knowledge of Client and
Federal requirements to ensure compliance with state and federal government
policies, practices and procedures. Experience in PeopleSoft Human Capital
Management and related integration with Financials is required. Contract
staff will interact with Office of Management and Enterprise Services
(CLIENT), Information Services Division (ISD), Enterprise Business Services
(EBS), Department of Central Accounting and Reporting (DCAR), Central
Purchasing and agencies utilizing the Client PeopleSoft modules and
Current project include but are not limited too:
PeopleSoft Upgrade v8.9 to 9.2 in progress, scheduled completion 11/30/2014
PeopleSoft Tools Upgrade v8.52 to 8.53 in progress scheduled completion
Support PeopleSoft anticipated FSCM Upgrade and Tools Upgrade - 12/01/2014
Implementation of PTF as Oklahoma standard in progress scheduled completion
Interface PeopleSoft 8.9 Financials and HCM 9.0 and subsequently Financials
9.2 to Hyperion - initial implementation anticipated 9/30/14
Interface PeopleSoft 9.2 with OBIEE Financials and Projects - 7/1/2014
scheduled completion 6/30/2015
Implementation PeopleSoft Cash Management and retirement of legacy systems
in process, scheduled completion 3/31/2015
Support PeopleSoft Cash Management 3/31/2015 scheduled completion 6/30/2015
This includes but not limited to the following PeopleSoft Modules:
• General Ledger
• Accounts Payable
• Commitment Control
• Project Costing
• Customer Contracts
• Grants Management
• Accounts Receivable
• Asset Management
• Base Benefits
• Time and Labor
Each staff resource provide under this solicitation must have experience
with Statewide or Federal PeopleSoft implementations in either functional
or technical capacity as necessary. Each resource must have an
understanding of governmental accounting, reporting or human resource
practices depending upon requested resource.
