We have a Direct Client Requirement for you and the details are as follows *ROLE TITLE: **Tibco Developer* *LOCATION: Washington DC 20250 (but can be remote)* *DURATION: 6 months to perm (consultant has choice to go perm)* *Start Date: **ASAP* *Interview Process: **PHONE * *Citizenship: **US Citizen* *JOB DESCRIPTION:* The Senior Application Engineer will work closely with team leads to complete software development activities and assignments within the defined time lines as established with the customer. The individual will be required to develop all software to industry accepted standards as well as other standards dictated by customer, will work closely with QA and test teams to resolve issues as identified during review processes. Additionally the engineer will be responsible for developing code in compliance with section 508, C&A compliance standards and applicable DHS E & A guidelines *REQUIRED SKILLS:* - Having senior level knowledge and practical experience in the *ESB/SOA environment*. - Should be able to handle complex systems requirements, determine methods and procedures to complete assignments efficiently. - Combined *10+ years’ experience to include 3+ years of SOA/ESB related products/experience* and expertise with the functional areas and tools identified in this requisition. - Applications Engineer should also possess *certification for TIBCO Certified Professional, TIBCO Business Studio, and TIBCO Certified Professional, TIBCO BusinessWorks.* - Candidate should also be *knowledgeable in Electronic Biometric Transmission Specification (EBTS) and Electronic Fingerprint Transmission Specification (EFTS).* *Contract requires U.S. Citizen and the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Public Trust Suitability. Also requires background verifications, which may consist of education, employment, credit, criminal and driving records, depending on nature of position.
