Location: Salt Lake City, UT
Duration: 6+ months
overall Exp: 5 to 10 years
Primary Skill: Experience in in Client Field Services with IT hardware
issues and mobile devices.
Skills: Experience solving hardware issues, reading and
understanding technical manuals and *documentation*.
Experience in a role requiring problem solving and
troubleshooting with attention to detail.
Experience using word processing, spreadsheet, database,
internet and e-mail and scheduling applications.
Experience in a role requiring effective verbal, written and
interpersonal communication skills.
IT industry certification in hardware repair (i.e. A+).
Previous experience with Production Control
as well as Quality Assurance.
Continuous Process Improvement experience.
Provide a job description of the role, responsibilities and
qualifications required for this position:
1. Assists in *testing* computing, peripheral and mobile devices for
use by the organization.
2. Collaborates with and receives direction from the Client Systems
Subcommittee to assist in the implementation of technical
recommendations and helps coordinate those recommendations with the
Client Hardware Engineering team regarding IT equipment.
3. Participates in the *testing* and evaluation of new products as
assigned by a
Senior or Consultant level team member.
4. Serves as Tier-3 *support* for Client Field Services with
IT hardware issues and mobile devices.
5. May be asked to provide afterhours / on-call *support* to enterprise teams.
6. Provides input to senior team members to provide equipment training and
*documentation* to Client Field Service (CFS) teams.
7. Participates in the *testing* and *support* of mobile device and
hardware implementation strategies.
