urgent backfill situation for my client based here in SilverSring, MD. (DC
metro area) I need a Strong JS developer that has solid backend developer
skills in Java as well. (60% front end 40% backend) This project will be
supporting the internal corporate teams which are the COTS systems,
business systems which include, ad sales, affiliate sales, production
management, and program scheduling.

Additional details below. The client will hire quickly. First with a phone
interview and then it will require a final F2F interview after. They would
like to turn this around this week to have a week of knowledge transfer
before the other consultant leaves.  (NO SKPE)

JS Developer

*Client:* Discovery

*Location:* SilverSring, MD.

*Length:* End of 2015 (most likely extended for ALL of 2016)

*Frontend – 60%*

·         UI – need to have strong experience, team lacks someone with this
expertise (HTML, CSS)

·         *Native JavaScript and understanding of building JavaScript
modules (modularity)*

·         Dojo toolkit (based off Req.JS “Require JavaScript”)

o   (Angular, Kendo, Knockout) developers will

o   Data is presented on the frontend in grid frameworks, any JS library
with this capability would be useful (ex. D3.JS)

*Backend – 40%*

·         Object Oriented Java

·         Object Mapping using Ibatis or Hibernate

·         Spring MVC/ Struts Frameworks

·         Oracle database experience


*Technology:* Java, Spring, Struts, Hibernate or Ibatis, Oracle, HTML, CSS,
JavaScript, SQL querying

*Techniques:* Object Oriented Development, Object Mapping, building JS
modularity, data grid frameworks

*Useful:* Req.JS, Angular, D3.JS, Kendo, Knockout

*Ideal:* DOJO toolkit, Oracle PL/SQL
