Please share suitable profiles. *EDI Lead with PI* *King of Prussia, PA* *5 months* PI experience would be a huge plus. Primary EDI. Experience/Qualifications: • Requires 4 or more years of experience in EDI software design and development. • Development of EDI functionality within SAP and/or interfacing with SAP. • Experience with AIX and/or Unix development environments. • Experience with XML and iDocs. • Demonstrated skills in analysis, design, coding, testing and implementation. • Understanding of entire development process, including specification and quality assurance. • Aware of business issues as they impact overall project plans. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, prioritize and multi-task, you have a clear understanding of EDI customer and vendor relationships related to EDI. • Knowledge or experience with various business applications and processes. • Excellent communication skills. • Organizational and problem solving abilities. Responsibilities: • Develops, tests, and maintains EDI functionality using iDocs and XML interfacing with SAP within an AIX environment (ECC Core, Finance and Partner-specific mapping) • Facilitate knowledge transfer from systems integrator currently working on the SAP implementation. • Performs design implementation and maintenance of applications/functions. • Conducts unit testing and integration testing for functionality. • Researches problems discovered by our QA and/or application support and develop solutions to the issues. • Responsible for supporting the exchange of electronic business documents (both standard and non-standard EDI) between the company and their Trading partners (Customers, Vendors, and Bank’s). • Setup/Review/Test documents such as: Purchase Orders, Invoices, Price Catalogues, ASN’s, Remittances and other documents to ensure successful communications of mission critical data. • Plan and manage EDI customer implementations internally and with trading partners to meet the overall EDI business needs, making it easier for our trading partners to do business with us. • Working with outside Electronic Commerce suppliers to support the EDI program, you will maintain and develop EDI. Transactions/contact database along with mapping, testing, and documentation.
