Our Client is looking for a Senior Project Manager to manage a SalesForce
Project. Leadership Skills are a must given the nature and exposure of the
project.Implement customer service SaaS solution for SSNA call centers.
This includes Field Support Center, Remote Operations Center, and
Louisville Repair Center. Development and transition from Remedy to Service
Cloud for FSC, ROC and Repair Center, that includes linkage to both the
Active Directory / WorkDay and our Customer databases. Service Cloud will
be integrated with Sales Cloud and provide ability for branch sales staff
to see customer support requests.CRM Experience neededOrder to Cash
