Proven system analysis, programming, and problem-solving/diagnostic capabilities. Structured programming knowledge. Ability to understand and develop technical direction, assess business requirements, and develop system specifications. Experience overseeing development of medium to large scale initiatives. Web application development experience required. Preferred experience includes Object-Oriented application development exposure (.Net & Java), client/server applications, Web/Application servers - Microsoft IIS, WebSphere, Microsoft IIS, or their Open Source counterparts, Portal – WebSphere Portal, SQL, relational databases (SQL Server , DB2, Oracle, SQL Server, or MySQL) and server OS (Windows , UNIX/Linux) exposure. Working experience with MS Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio, and MS Outlook are required. Entity-relationship modeling within major relational databases (SQL Server , Oracle, or DB2) and writing stored procedures.
