• Knowledge and Experience in Contact Center software upgrades for products
Mainly with Avaya AEP and other technology like Nuance and  Cisco UCCE.
• Knowledge and Experience in Call Quality Recording/Monitoring and
Outbound Dialer application, AEP deployments and management, Monitoring and
Reporting modules
• Extensive Technical and administrative knowledge in Avaya  products
Specifically Avaya Orchestration Designer
• Participate in installation/deployment effort with the vendor and
document technical details (HLD, DDD, BRD and PAR documents)
• Experience in technical documentation including and not limited to
document IVR UI designs, Call flow, technical detail design
• Experience in integrating Avaya AEP with Nuance Speech and Cisco Call
routing platforms
• Build and document Test Plan, Test Cases against requirements.
• Documentation – Functional Specifications and Technical References.
• Extensive experience in Java design, development and deployment
• Experience in automated deployment tools and mechanisms
• Excellent communications skills written and verbal
• Problem solving techniques
• Effectively present technical information clearly and concisely

Skill Set(Mandatory)
1. IVR application development using Avaya ODJava/VXML/Avaya OD
2. Developers with IVR development experience  with  Avaya Experience
Portal, Nuance ,Speech and Natural language application skills
3. Strong experience in Speech grammar development .Nuance speech grammar
development + NLU
4.Very good exposure and experience in  IVR Call Flow design/VUI design

Additional Skill Set
1.Good understanding of end to end IVR application Development cycle(From
Requirement gathering to Development)

An experienced solution architect/consultant proficient in Contact center
technologies and particulary on outbound contact center solutions.
Hands on experience in Outbound dialers, Campaign/List management
solutions, Integration into CRM and other enterprise systems.
Handled assignments to perform as-is study, gather requirements and
recommend to-be solutions.
Experience in cloud based solutions for contact center services is required.
