Environment: Resin Pro 3.1.9, Windows 2003 Server, JDK 1.6

We have ignore-client-disconnect set to true; however, I'm seeing a fair number
of these in the logs:

com.caucho.vfs.ClientDisconnectException: client timeout
com.caucho.vfs.JniStream.exception(JniStream.java:175)
com.caucho.vfs.JniStream.read(JniStream.java:73)
com.caucho.vfs.ReadStream.readBuffer(ReadStream.java:1015)
com.caucho.vfs.ReadStream.read(ReadStream.java:425)
com.caucho.server.http.ContentLengthStream.read(ContentLengthStream.java:74)
com.caucho.vfs.ReadStream.readBuffer(ReadStream.java:1015)
com.caucho.vfs.ReadStream.skip(ReadStream.java:384)
com.caucho.server.connection.AbstractHttpRequest.skip(AbstractHttpRequest.java:1907)
com.caucho.server.http.HttpRequest.skip(HttpRequest.java:1212)
com.caucho.server.connection.AbstractHttpResponse.finish(AbstractHttpResponse.java:2162)
com.caucho.server.connection.AbstractHttpResponse.close(AbstractHttpResponse.java:279)
com.caucho.server.webapp.WebAppFilterChain.doFilter(WebAppFilterChain.java:204)
com.caucho.server.dispatch.ServletInvocation.service(ServletInvocation.java:265)
com.caucho.server.http.HttpRequest.handleRequest(HttpRequest.java:273)
com.caucho.server.port.TcpConnection.run(TcpConnection.java:682)
com.caucho.util.ThreadPool$Item.runTasks(ThreadPool.java:743)
com.caucho.util.ThreadPool$Item.run(ThreadPool.java:662)
java.lang.Thread.run(Thread.java:619)

I see there was a previous bug reported concerning this
<http://bugs.caucho.com/view.php?id=914>, although that particular stack trace
was for writes and the above is for reads, if that's significant. It was fixed
in 3.0.18.
