Req Details:
Strong understanding of Ariba Spend Management Platform o Strong understanding
of the Ariba integration files o Strong working knowledge of the Ariba Supplier
Network and all available catalog content formats including: CIF, cXML, &
Punch-out and all eInvoicing formats including: cXML; EDI; Online; EDIfact
This person carries out and/or supports the following
tasks:
o Attends SE meetings as necessary
o Initiates Supplier ASN invitations/ relationships as requested by the Global
SE resource for Test and Production o Data scrubbing for potential suppliers
o Compliance follow up activities
o Sets up Supplier, Catalog, and eInvoicing information per SE Checklist o
Downloads Catalogs from ASN for both Test and Production
o Loads & validates catalogs for both Test and Production
o Assists reviewing Pfizer's eInvoicing requirements with Supplier and SE as
requested by Global SE resource
o Tests eInvoicing end to end with Suppliers and other key roles in the process
o Troubleshoots PO/ Catalog/ eInvoicing issues with Supplier
