3+ month contract (with extensions likely) Location: Jeffersonville, IN (near Louisville, KY) *Senior Test Automation Consultant for Silk Tools*, to work with our Software Quality Management group in a solutions project, on-site with our client. This resource will work with the head of our SQM group. - * Candidate should have proven experience with a recent version of Borland Silk Test and Silk Test Manager those versions should be shown on the resume* - *Candidate reports to a Test Lead or Test Manager*, but takes some responsibility for defining their own tasks, etc - Candidate may provide supervisory or mentorship support for others in the team, but is not responsible for managing tasks to a timeline - Candidate has experience in mainframe, client server and/or web environments please indicate which in the interview results comments - Candidate understands the *SDLC *and can articulate the different phases as well as test automation activities involved in the *SDLC** * - Candidate can create test plans and cases and understands importance of doing so - Candidate can articulate the difference between a test strategy and a detailed test plan - Candidate understands the different categories and types of testing - Candidate has created scripts using advanced features of automated test tools and executed those scripts.
