*Voice Network Engineer*

*Summary: *The role acts as a senior point of operations and escalation
support within the Network Engineering Voice team for Unified
Communications technologies. Provide tier 2 and tier 3 (2nd and 3rd level)
Voice support to a wide range of internal customers / business partners in
the Americas Zone.
*Essential Duties and Responsibilities: I*nclude the following but not
Work with other members of the global NMC team to provide day to day
support for the Cisco IPT global installation.
Where required work with Project groups that require the input and skill of
an IPT engineer.
Support the UCCE (Call Center) installation and assist with the roll out of
additional agents in the Americas Zone. Where required modify VXML
Interactive Voice Response (IVR) systems.
Carry out troubleshooting of primarily Cisco IPT solutions involving UCCE.
Reviews user and technical documentation written by others to confirm
consistency with program operations.
Provide technical support, responding to inquiries regarding errors,
problems, or questions with network Voice programs.

Either currently have a valid CCNA Voice certification, or CCNP Voice and

A) Minimum professional and educational background desired (include
years of experience).
Bachelor’s degree recommended
5-8 years’ experience working in the telecom / voice industry
Vendor or Consulting background a plus
