Provide tier 2 and tier 3 (2nd and 3rd level) Voice support to a wide range of internal customers / business partners in the Americas Zone. *Essential Duties and Responsibilities: I*nclude the following but not limited to: Work with other members of the global NMC team to provide day to day support for the Cisco IPT global installation. Where required work with Project groups that require the input and skill of an IPT engineer. Support the UCCE (Call Center) installation and assist with the roll out of additional agents in the Americas Zone. Where required modify VXML Interactive Voice Response (IVR) systems. Carry out troubleshooting of primarily Cisco IPT solutions involving UCCE. Reviews user and technical documentation written by others to confirm consistency with program operations.
