Role : QA Leads Location : Columbus, OH Duration : 6+ months *Locals are highly preferred.* The QA Lead is a technical and consultative role that will jointly work with our Agile coaches and project teams to develop the processes and techniques required for the creation of maintainable, reusable and efficient automated acceptance tests. This role will be hands-on, developing acceptance tests utilizing Ruby and Cucumber for Client projects, improving our ATDD framework and templates to work with different types of Clients projects, and identifying technologies and tools to address gaps in our ATDD processes. Required Skillset • Strong understanding of *Agile* principles and values • Experience working closely with the project team in user story planning, user story development using Gherkin, and participating in retrospective meetings • Excellent communication skills, an energetic and positive attitude, strong team skills and an ability to mentor and coach people in *Ruby, Cucumber, and Gherkin* • Experience identifying areas for testing improvement and working with the teams to implement appropriate agile QA practices • Experience facilitating communication between developers, Business Analysts and Automation resources, driving a shared understanding of the domain • Experience with test automation in an agile development environment implementing ATDD with Cucumber • Senior to expert knowledge using Ruby to develop ATDD automated acceptance tests • Experience with Continuous Integration tools like Jenkins/Hudson Expectations • Work with Client to fully implement our QA strategy, especially with regards to ATDD and automated acceptance tests • Ensure each Agile team is utilizing the appropriate testing tools and testing environments in order for teach team to successfully implement QA automation practices • Significantly advance the skillsets of the Client QA automation team • Develop automated acceptance tests as a team member on key projects • Ensure each team is integrating automated acceptance tests with our CI environment • Document gaps in Client ATDD processes with recommendations for improvement -- Tim Poole | Tech Tammina tim.tamm...@gmail.com <t...@tammina.com>| t...@tammina.com 703-349-3026 ISO 9001 : 2008 Certified Company | Certified Minority Business Enterprise Note: Under Bill s.1618 Title III passed by the 105th U.S. Congress this mail cannot be considered Spam as long as we include contact information and a remove link for removal from our mailing list.
