Planning, organizing and leadership skills along with interpersonal skills for presentations of technical concepts to non-technical user and strong meeting facilitation and negotiation skills. Must be able to recognize risk, set direction and solution approach, resolve conflicts, provide straight talking messages with good business and technical acumen. Must be able to manage stakeholders and be comfortable under pressure, have ability to question and challenge with grace and limited information while communicating with all levels of the organization, vendors, contractors and consultants. Would be especially wonderful it candidate has background in pharmacy I related area for project management experience.
